Baumberger Spelt Pillows

Spelt husks have a high silicic acid content, soothing to the body and mind. Hildegard von Bingen already recognized this in the eleventh century. Baumberger spelt pillows are lightweight, very breathable and heat-storing, because they are grain-free and contain only the whole pods. Spelt husks are not elastic but free-flowing and thus adapt particularly well to the head and neck form. By removing or adding husks, it is very easy to regulate the height of the cushion. The spelt quilting pillow consists of the base pillow plus quilting and thus has an inner lining.
